About Animals at Home (Somerset South West) Ltd.

Brought up on a smallholding in Cornwall and a farm in Essex, Mike & Judith Toft have a wide experience of working with animals and pets in particular. During our 26 years of marriage we have had a very mixed menagerie of animals.

Early retirement brought us down to Somerset from Hertfordshire in March 2004; we needed to occupy ourselves, and caring for other people’s pets seemed a logical progression.

Over and above all the Animals at Home normal services we can also offer our one-acre of enclosed land we are able to foster dogs, for those people who dislike kennels. Living on top of Ham Hill has the added benefit of being able to offer over 400 acres of countryside for dogs to explore.
